The Celeste Package

Consultation PLUS a tailored routine PLUS four weeks call and text support PLUS Bedtime Assistance from Kelly in person once the routine is in place and includes an extra week’s text/call support. If booked and paid for with the consultation, there is 20% discount. Full refund of the extra charge for bedtime assistance if not needed – decided during the support period.

The Polaris Package

Consultation PLUS a tailored routine PLUS four weeks call and text support PLUS full Overnight Sleep Training from 7pm to 7am for two or three nights from Kelly in person once the routine is in place and includes an extra week’s text/call support. If booked and paid for with the consultation there is 20% discount. Full refund of the extra charge for sleep training if not needed – decided during the support period.

Let’s Get Started

🌟 If your little one is less than 4 months old, Kelly would recommend the “Let’s Get Started” Plan. This plan aims at helping parents to put a routine in place that will help guide their baby towards a feeding and sleeping routine that will be the base for their childhood, up to 3 years old.

In the video call Kelly will advise you how to create positive sleep cues and associations and how to avoid overusing sleep aids incorrectly.

The Let’s Get Started Plan includes:

🌟 90 minutes Video Call

🌟 Tailored Sleepy Star Routine (accommodating breastfeeding/bottle feeding/combination feeding)

🌟 5 x ten minute scheduled calls after initial consultation to answer any questions

🌟 Please note this package does not include text support.

Keep On Shining

🌟 As a child goes through the different stages of their development, parents may seek some extra advice and guidance on areas such as weaning, teething, potty training etc. This support consists of a 45 minute phone call with an optional one week’s call & text add on.

Please note this is only available to families that have already completed one of our one-to-one Sleepy Star packages.

Bedtime Assistance* can be added to any of the above and is discounted by 20% when booked and paid for with the consultation. Full refund of the extra charge for bedtime assistance if not needed – decided during the support period. *This option is dependant on location and Kelly’s availability.

Travel costs

🌟 Ireland – from M50 if outside County Dublin mileage will be charged. If you are located outside the Dublin area please complete our contact form and we can look at options available, i.e. other consultations in the same area in Ireland.

🌟 International – on completion of the contact form you can express your interest if you would like to enquire about in-person overnight sleep training support. This support is dependent on Kelly’s availability at the time.
